Meet Rayetta
Hello, I'm Rayetta Lantzy. I grew up here in southern Colorado, and I've always been drawn to the history of this place, and to the stories behind the things families hold onto.
I do this work because I know how overwhelming downsizing or clearing out a home can be: sentimental memories and practical worries, all at once. My approach starts with listening. I take the time to understand your situation, then build a plan around it, so nothing gets rushed and nothing that matters gets overlooked.
I want this process to feel lighter than you expect it to right now: handled, unhurried, and done with respect. That's what honoring an estate means to me.

Estate Liquidation FAQs
The consultation is always free. Most estate sales are paid for out of the proceeds of the sale itself, a percentage agreed on in writing before anything begins, so families rarely pay anything up front. Every estate is different, and you'll have clear terms before we start.
Most estates take one to three weeks from the first walkthrough to a completed sale, depending on the size of the home and the amount to be sold. If you're working against a closing date or a move, tell us. We'll build the timeline around it.
Please don't, at least not yet. The items families assume are worthless are often the ones buyers want most. Let us walk through first; after that, we'll help you decide what to sell, keep, donate, or discard.
More than most people expect: furniture, antiques, tools, jewelry, art, kitchenware, collectibles, and everyday household goods. Higher-value pieces sometimes do better at auction, and we'll tell you when that's the case.
You choose. We can arrange donation, coordinate disposal, or complete a full cleanout so the home is left clean and ready for whatever comes next.
